Our History
In 1959, a one-man team led by its founder and current president embarked on a new territory: commercial real estate. His team began to grow as Pan Properties was born in the ‘60s. Pan Properties was a partnership formed by the original founder with Abe Tobe. By understanding changes and needs, they developed a concept for multi-tenanted commercial buildings in Belleville. In the ‘70s, other partnerships were formed, such as S&A Investments, which took that same multi-tenanted concept and applied it to retail strip plazas.
With his knowledge, understanding, and vision of real estate in hand, our founder entered the United States market with yet another successful partnership that was born with the purchase of the Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach, Florida.
Today our company owns a number of commercial, retail, office, single & multi-tenant buildings and industrial complexes throughout Ontario, Quebec, and the United States.
